The best way to get an edge in pai gow poker is to be the banker. This is due to the fact that the pai gow poker banker wins all copies. Player's are usually allowed to bank in pai gow poker for one or two consecutive hands before passing the role on to the next player. The amount of money that the pai gow poker banker will be risking is limited to what the banker places on the pai gow poker table.
